Kulbhushan Jadhav Case

Kulbhushan Jadhav Case
View of the ICJ courtroom during the hearings

Pakistan cannot hang Kulbhushan Jadhav till the final decision by the International Court of Justice

Short Decision by: ‘President Abraham; Judges Owada, Cançado Trindade, Xue, Donoghue, Gaja, Sebutinde, Bhandari, Robinson, Crawford, Gevorgian; Registrar Couvreur’

Pakistan shall take all measures at its disposal to ensure that Mr. Jadhav is not executed pending the final decision in these proceedings and shall inform the Court of all the measures taken in implementation of the present Order said by Honourable Judges.

The Court also decides that, until it has given its final decision, it shall remain seized of the matters which form the subject-matter of this Order.

The question lies here whether Pakistan will honour the decision of ICJ or they will proceed with the conviction of Mr. Jadhav?
